Our products are subjected to specific quality checks in every single production process from manufacturing to packaging to ensure full compliance with clients' specifications.
Measurement center
Well equipped facilities with talented specialists to perform sample evaluation report to newly developed parts.
Incoming quality control (IQC)
Plastic materials, color pigments, packaging materials and metal parts (for insert molding) are permitted to store in our warehouse only after passing incoming quality control.
In process quality control (IPQC)
Our team performs regular inspection on dimension and cosmetics during production in order to assure consistency.
Quality assurance (QA)
We will carry out final quality inspection on the finished products before shipping it to our clients.
